Australasian HR software provider PayGlobal’s chief executive Hugh Martyn says new product is the first to leverage the latest workflow tools from Microsoft…

PayGlobal, a Microsoft gold certified partner, is aiming its new product Exolvo at businesses wanting more accuracy and real time information from payroll systems.

Martyn says the launch is in response to market trends with a return on the license cost achievable in around 18 months for companies with over 600 employees.

“Exolvo can eliminate paper-based administrative tasks by automating routine processes, increases timeliness and empowers staff through our self-service option,” Martyn says.

“To deliver real value for our clients.”

He says staff time is freed up for strategic business matters and inter-organisation processes work better.

“Companies want their information systems to act across the whole organisation, for their data to be easily accessible and able to interact with other systems.”

Exolvo’s new business intelligence capabilities work in combination with existing software. It has been in development for a year.

He says it is the first HR software product in Australasia to leverage the power of new Microsoft Workflow 4 technology.

“Exolvo utilises Microsoft .NET4 technology offering workflow and business intelligence capabilities which helps organisations reduce operational expenses on a day-to-day basis and assists them to better analyse where their costs are,” Martyn says.

He says the Windows technology has new features, better stability and improved performance.

“By building on top of this platform, PayGlobal uses standard technologies from the world’s leading software provider which will continue to be supported for years into the future.”

PayGlobal is based in Christchurch and has 850 sites throughout Australia and New Zealand. Its solutions include HR, payroll, rostering, employee self-service, reporting functions, time and attendance systems.

Infratil and No. 8 Ventures are major shareholders.
