The successful Kiwi BPM company has appointed a chief customer officer…

Kiwi business process management software company, Promapp, is continuing its expansion plans with the appointment of Ralf Wittgen as chief customer officer who is tipped to play a critical role in the company’s global expansion.

After successful growth in Australia and New Zealand that saw Promapp placed on the 2015 Deloitte Asia Pacific Tech Fast 500, Promapp opened its first US office in San Francisco last year. Prompp CEO Ivan Seselj called the US opning “the next step in Promapp’s steady international expansion strategy.” Since then, the company has been busy shoring up its foothold State-side, adding MorganFranklin Consulting, LLC and MSI Global Talent Solutions to its client list (which already features Coca-Cola Amatil, Genesis Energy, Toyota Financial Services, McDonalds, and Ricoh). This success has spurred it to make a move into the European market.

Wittgen has extensive experience in building and running professional services organisations worldwide and will be charged with helping Promapp customers “gain incremental value from their BPM services”.

“Ralf is passionate about client services, and will bring that passion and his tremendous experience in building and growing services teams to Promapp and its customers globally. Ralf has a proven track record, thriving in multi-cultural, worldwide operations, so he will obviously be playing a critically important role in defining our service strategy and ensuring the success of our customers as we continue our global expansion,” said Seselj in a statement.

Wittgen’s biography features more than 20 years of experience in managing professional services teams in Germany, the US, and in New Zealand, providing consulting, implementation, training, and support services for a wide range of content management systems.

Prior to joining Promapp he was vice president of professional services & customer support at Author-it, a purpose-built component authoring solution which helps life sciences companies leverage information to meet business needs.
