Queensland Ballet, which tours more than 60 dancers extensively across Europe and China, had outgrown its finance and ERP system, with manual processes and data entry across systems slowing reporting and increasing the risk of inaccurate information reaching stakeholders.
Working with not-for-profit accounting partner Giuntabell, the Ballet implemented Sage Intacct, reworking its financial processes and training staff to take advantage of the platform’s automation and real-time reporting.
Managers and budget holders can now access real-time financial data directly instead of waiting on manually compiled reports, giving Queensland Ballet’s leadership faster, more accurate information for decision-making as the company continues to grow.
