Bailey, the New Zealand-owned manufacturer of plastic containers and bulk storage tanks founded in 1973, had outgrown an ERP system that could no longer support its paper-heavy manufacturing and transport processes or its ambitions to expand into offshore markets.
Realtech deployed SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, running a full requirements assessment through SAP’s Digital Discovery methodology and training Bailey’s own staff through the SAP Learning Hub so the business could manage the platform itself.
Manufacturing is now fully paperless, run from tablets and screens with end-to-end visibility across operations – a foundation Bailey is already building on for quality management and delivery improvements.
