NC Technologies, the 20-person Melbourne CNC profiling and machine refurbishment business carrying more than 16,000 inventory line items for over 100 customers, needed an accounting system that could handle inventory control, job costing, landed costs and multi-currency operations – and integrate cleanly with its planned Straightshell ecommerce platform.
NC Technologies deployed Jiwa 7 for its business management and accounting functions, replacing paper-based order and enquiry tracking.
“Now when a customer places an order with us, we’re able to fulfil it wholly on the first go, and the customer pays one shipment cost,” says Jason Byron, Managing Director at NC Technologies.
