Omni Tech, New Zealand’s number one mobile phone repair and accessories chain, had no way for staff in one store to see what stock was available at any other company-owned or franchise store.
First Software rolled out N2 ERP across all 33 Omni Tech stores for point of sale, inventory, procurement, reporting and financials, completing the project in a tight 10-week window from mid-January to an April 1 go-live.
The rollout went live on time and on budget, giving staff across every store and franchise full visibility of stock wherever it sits in the network.
