Guzman y Gomez, the Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain that’s grown to more than 140 stores and 4,500 employees, needed a cloud platform that could keep pace with a fast-moving, multi-site business – and bring millions of transactions under proper financial control.
Guzman y Gomez switched from MYOB to NetSuite OneWorld in 2013, using prebuilt APIs to consolidate transactions and exporting POS data straight into NetSuite for tighter financial controls.
The move now saves the business roughly a day of administration time every month while managing its financials, assets and core processes with minimal in-house IT resources.
