Adriatic Furniture, the family-owned Melbourne retailer celebrating 50 years in business across eight showrooms, was running a 25-year-old ERP system with an MS-DOS interface – slow manual sales write-ups, inefficient delivery logistics, limited stock visibility and no real-time financial insight.
Adriatic Furniture moved to Pronto Xi in July 2024, integrating the Circuit drivers’ platform and a Proof of Delivery app for automated dispatch and delivery, with payroll, advanced warehouse management, a POS app and ecommerce still to come.
“We were comfortable… but we also knew if we had stuck to our old system, it would have hampered us,” says Lenny, Group General Manager at Adriatic Furniture, where sales write-up time has dropped from 14-16 minutes to around seven.
