AFT Pharmaceuticals had an existing MYOB Greentree system that, in the words of CFO Malcolm Tubby, “was not particularly successful and did not future proof us” – especially its electronic data interchange (EDI) connections with Australian wholesalers.
Verde Group advised on and implemented an intermediary system that made it far easier to extend EDI across multiple wholesalers, letting data flow cleanly between Greentree, wholesalers and third-party logistics providers, and tightening the integration with AFT’s Vanguard demand-forecasting software.
