Feedworks Pty Ltd, based in the regional Victorian town of Lancefield, supplies products, services and technology to intensive farming operations. Running two Salesforce-platform accounting and logistics programs that didn’t integrate well, the business struggled particularly with calculating landed costs on manufactured goods and imports.
Feedworks wanted something more capable than entry-level options like QuickBooks or MYOB without the complexity and cost of a system like SAP. After an in-person demonstration from Jiwa Solutions Partner Reporting Solutions, the company adopted the cloud version of Jiwa in January 2020, finding its out-of-the-box functionality matched its business processes without requiring major changes to how it operated.
All shipment costs now flow automatically into Jiwa, letting Feedworks calculate precise landed costs per shipment and know with certainty which shipments are hitting their margin targets – something the previous setup could never reliably tell them.
