Parrotdog, an independent Wellington craft brewery, bar and wholesaler, found its disconnected manufacturing, inventory and accounting platforms couldn’t keep up with strong expansion – orders were picked, packed and uploaded manually and slowly, and the business had no clear way to see costs flowing from raw materials through to packaged product.
