Seed breeder RAGT Australia had outgrown a 20-year-old legacy system, running into inefficiencies managing manufacturing and stock control across 70 warehouse locations while still needing to meet both local and global reporting requirements.
RAGT selected Sage X3 for its cloud-based platform and ability to integrate with the company’s international operations, implementing it with minimal customisation over a five-month rollout led by Sage partner Usage Business Solutions.
The new system reduced the effort involved in reporting and improved manufacturing and stock management, giving RAGT a scalable platform it plans to build on further with lot tracking and royalty-program functionality.
