DXC Technology built an integrated electronic workflow on SAP Service Cloud, encapsulating the entire consenting process end to end, supported by a hybrid delivery team and a purpose-built tracking tool to monitor exactly how long each stage takes.
Residents and developers now move through a faster, more transparent consenting process, with the council able to see precisely where each application sits and how long it’s taking at every step.
