Software and services expert NTT Data Business Solutions has announced a strategic partnership with the Australian Health Services Group (AHSG), a specialist health services consulting group, to produce a talent management solution specifically for the healthcare industry. The Talent Management for Healthcare solution, built on SuccessFactors, is designed to improve quality of care and operational effectiveness, as well as drive financial performance for healthcare operators throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

According to Mark Wade, national HCM practice lead at NTT Data Business Solutions, the healthcare sector needs specific talent management processes to help it meet critical, externally mandated standards for quality of care.
